Why take professional training?

Today's roads provide a unique riding experience with heavier traffic and more hazards than in the past.

Times have changed and the demands on motorcycle riders are increasing all the time. It takes specific skills and special knowledge to navigate the roads safely with the conditions we are faced with on a daily basis.

Vancouver Island Motorcycle School is a licensed rider training center with licensed instructors that have the experience and skills to help you stay safe and have fun.

VIMS is located in Duncan, BC, providing the Cowichan Valley with motorcycle training courses and acts as the launching point for our Island wide personal training.

From Victoria to Port Hardy, VIMS can get you riding.

Courses

VIMS offers courses for all levels of rider, whether if it's your first time on a bike or if you are an veteran rider looking to freshen up your skills.

We offer both group classes and one on one personal training.

• Group classes consist of classroom, range and road time
• Our Personal training is customized to your skills. Have bike? We can even come to you for your one-on-one lessons
